Step 5: Finishing and Details
So you have yourself a basic ink outline now. It should all be basically one line weight, with maybe a lighter
weight on the face and head. At this point you can either leave it, leave it and color it, or really work on the line work here. For the sake of demonstration I'm going to detail this out about as much as I do my pin-up pieces. Here we go!
Note, I haven't busted out the brush pen yet. I have wicked shaky hands, so for me it's a little too scary to make the primary outlines with the brush pen. If you're confide

Step 4: Thinking and Inking: Okay, here's where we make it count. Inking provides greater clarity to your work, makes it possible to color digitally, and allows you to make precision details. On the other hand, shading in ink is more difficult because you can't adjust the darkness like you can with pencil, you can only control the thickness of the lines you make. We can deal with this a number of ways, and I personally am no pro at this, but I'll give you my take on it.

Step 3: Clothes and Refinery: Taking my blue pencil in hand (I typically just use a regular old No 2 the whole time. Just draw lightly up until this point), I start showing Danielle here the business. I figure out what clothes she's going to wear, based on a number of criteria: what flatters her the best in this pose, what fits with her character, what I know how to draw, and pure fucking whimsy, really. I admit, I'm a guy, I don't even know how most girls' clothing works.

So you want to learn to draw more better? I don't really know why you're asking me. But since you have, I will tell you all I know.
I want to begin with a disclaimer: I am not a trained artist in any sense, but I do use anatomy books, other artists, and countless photographs as reference. The only other thing I could ask for is a live BBW model, but if I had one of those I doubt I'd spend much time drawing.
I am going to assume that you have spent considerable time studying some fo
